These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CR Custom Exteriors website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site is operated by CR Custom Exteriors, an exterior contractor based in Denver, Colorado. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean CR Custom Exteriors.

Any quote, scope, price, or warranty term applicable to your project will be set out in a separate written estimate or contract you sign.

3. Quote requests

Submitting a quote request through this Site is a request for a free in-home consultation and written estimate. It is not a contract, and it does not obligate either party. Project terms — scope, materials, price, schedule, payment, warranty — are set entirely by the written estimate or contract signed at the time of project award.

4. Third-party brands and product references

References to manufacturers and product lines on this Site — including Owens Corning® Duration®, Duration STORM®, Andersen®, Sherwin-Williams®, and others — are made for descriptive purposes. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Use of these marks does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or any relationship beyond the contractor-installer relationship between CR Custom Exteriors and the brand.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information through any form
• Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site, except for legitimate search-engine crawlers respecting our robots.txt
• Frame, mirror, or scrape Site content for republication

6. Intellectual property

All Site content — text, images, layout, branding — is owned by CR Custom Exteriors or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Personal, non-commercial viewing is fine; republication, modification, or commercial use requires our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CR Custom Exteriors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

This limitation does not apply to the separate written contract for any project we perform — that contract has its own warranty and liability terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CR Custom Exteriors and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when we do. Material changes take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
