When you visit our site, we (and our hosting provider) automatically collect basic technical information including:

• IP address (stored only as a salted, one-way hash for spam prevention)

• Pages visited, time of visit, referring URL
• UTM parameters appended to inbound links

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third parties needed to operate our business:

• Supabase — secure database where new lead information is stored.
• Resend — email-delivery provider used to send you confirmation and us notification emails.
• Vercel — hosting and edge-network provider for the website.
• Insurance and warranty companies — only when you ask us to help process a claim or register a manufacturer warranty.
• Legal requirements — if compelled by valid legal process or to protect rights, safety, or property.

5. How long we keep your information

We retain lead and customer records for as long as needed to provide service, comply with our warranty obligations, and meet applicable legal and accounting requirements — typically the longer of (a) seven years after the last project completion or (b) the duration of any active warranty. Visitor logs and IP hashes are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.

6. Your choices and rights

You may at any time:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to our warranty and legal obligations)
• Opt out of marketing email (every email we send has an unsubscribe link)

We use industry-standard safeguards — TLS in transit, encrypted-at-rest databases, scoped access keys — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

9. Changes to this policy
